摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,软件工程项目日益复杂,其质量成为影响项目成败的关键因素。本研究聚焦于软件工程项目的质量管理体系,旨在深入剖析当前质量管理体系中存在的问题并提出优化方案。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理,结合实际案例调研,采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,从质量管理理念、组织架构、流程规范、技术工具等多方面进行探讨。研究发现,传统质量管理体系存在对新兴技术适应性不足、跨部门协作效率低下、过程监控不够精细等问题。基于此,创新性地提出了融合敏捷开发理念的质量管理体系框架,强调以用户需求为导向,强化全生命周期管理,构建动态反馈机制,利用大数据分析提升决策精准度。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, software engineering projects are increasingly complex, and their quality has become the key factor affecting the success or failure of projects. This study focuses on the quality management system of software engineering projects, aiming to deeply analyze the problems in the current quality management system and propose the optimization scheme. Through the systematic combing of the relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with the actual case research, using the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, from the quality management concept, organizational structure, process norms, technical tools and other aspects are discussed. It is found that the traditional quality management system has problems such as insufficient adaptability to emerging technologies, low efficiency of cross-department collaboration, and insufficient process monitoring. Based on this, it innovatively puts forward the quality management system fr amework integrating the concept of agile development, emphasizing the user demand as the guidance, strengthening the whole life cycle management, building a dynamic feedback mechanism, and using big data analysis to improve the accuracy of decision making.
