摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,计算机软件在各领域的应用日益广泛,软件工程管理与应用成为提升软件质量、效率及竞争力的关键因素。本研究旨在探讨计算机软件工程管理与应用的有效策略,以解决当前软件开发过程中存在的管理不善、资源浪费等问题。通过文献综述、案例分析以及对多家软件企业的实地调研,深入剖析了软件工程管理中的需求管理、项目进度控制、风险管理等核心要素,并结合实际应用情况提出了优化配置人力资源、构建敏捷开发模式、强化过程监控等一系列创新性策略。研究发现,科学合理的软件工程管理能够显著提高软件项目的成功率,降低开发成本,缩短研发周期。特别是引入敏捷开发理念后,团队协作效率明显提升,产品迭代速度加快,用户满意度也随之提高。本研究不仅为软件企业提供了切实可行的管理方案,还为相关理论研究注入了新的视角,其提出的基于敏捷思想的管理模式具有较强的普适性和可操作性,对推动我国软件产业健康发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, the application of computer software across various fields has become increasingly widespread, making software engineering management and application crucial factors in enhancing software quality, efficiency, and competitiveness. This study aims to explore effective strategies for software engineering management and application to address existing issues such as poor management and resource wastage in current software development processes. Through a comprehensive literature review, case analysis, and field research at multiple software enterprises, this paper thoroughly examines core elements of software engineering management including requirements management, project schedule control, and risk management. It proposes a series of innovative strategies based on practical applications, such as optimizing human resource allocation, establishing an agile development model, and strengthening process monitoring. The findings indicate that scientific and rational software engineering management can significantly increase the success rate of software projects, reduce development costs, and shorten the R cycle. Particularly, after introducing the concept of agile development, team collaboration efficiency has markedly improved, product iteration speed has accelerated, and user satisfaction has increased accordingly. This research not only provides feasible management solutions for software enterprises but also introduces new perspectives into related theoretical studies. The proposed agile-based management model demonstrates strong versatility and operability, playing a significant role in promoting the healthy development of China's software industry.

Abstract
