摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,软件项目规模日益庞大且复杂度不断提高,传统开发方法难以适应快速变化的市场需求,敏捷开发方法应运而生。本研究旨在探讨基于敏捷开发方法的软件项目管理实践与理论,以提升软件项目的成功率和质量。通过对多个成功应用敏捷开发的实际案例进行深入剖析,结合定性与定量的研究方法,从团队组建、需求管理、迭代规划、风险管理等多方面总结出一套适用于不同类型软件项目的敏捷管理模式。研究发现,敏捷开发能够显著缩短开发周期,提高客户满意度,增强团队协作能力,并有效降低项目风险。创新之处在于构建了包含动态需求响应机制、自组织团队建设模式以及持续集成交付体系在内的完整框架,为软件企业实施敏捷转型提供了系统性的指导方案。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, the scale of software projects is increasingly large and the complexity is increasing, and the traditional development methods are difficult to adapt to the rapidly changing market demand, and agile development methods emerge at the historic moment. This study aims to explore the practice and theory of software project management based on agile development method to improve the success rate and quality of software projects. Through in-depth analysis of several practical cases of successful application of agile development, combined with qualitative and quantitative research methods, a set of agile management mode suitable for different types of software projects is summarized from the aspects of team building, demand management, iterative planning, risk management and so on. The study found that Agile development can significantly shorten the development cycle, improve customer satisfaction, enhance teamwork capabilities, and effectively reduce project risk. The innovation lies in the construction of a complete fr amework including dynamic demand response mechanism, self-organized team building mode and continuous integrated delivery system, which provides a systematic guidance scheme for software enterprises to implement agile transformation.
