员工培训与企业人才梯队建设的协同作用

摘    要

  随着市场竞争的加剧和企业发展的需求,员工培训与企业人才梯队建设成为提升企业竞争力的重要手段。本研究旨在探讨二者之间的协同作用,以期为企业提供有效的人力资源管理策略。基于系统理论和人力资源管理相关理论,通过文献分析、案例研究以及问卷调查相结合的方法,选取不同规模和行业的多家企业作为样本,深入剖析员工培训与人才梯队建设在目标设定、内容设计、实施过程及效果评估等方面的协同关系。研究发现,有效的员工培训能够为人才梯队建设提供充足的人才储备,而完善的人才梯队建设又可促进员工培训体系的优化,二者相互促进、相辅相成。

Abstract 
  With the intensification of market competition and the demand of enterprise development, employee training and enterprise talent echelon construction have become an important means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This study aims to explore the synergy between the two in order to provide effective human resource management strategies for enterprises. Based on the system theory and human resource management theory, through the literature analysis, case study and the combination of questionnaire survey, select different scale and industry companies as samples, in-depth staff training and talent echelon construction in goal setting, content design, implementation process and effect evaluation of collaborative relationship. It is found that the effective staff training can provide sufficient talent reserve for the construction of the talent echelon, and the perfect construction of the talent echelon can promote the optimization of the staff training system, the two promote each other and complement each other.
