摘 要
服务行业作为现代经济的重要组成部分,其成本控制具有独特性。随着市场竞争加剧和服务需求多样化,研究服务行业成本控制的特点与挑战具有重要意义。本研究旨在探讨服务行业成本控制的特殊性,分析面临的主要挑战并提出应对策略。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理,结合实地调研和案例分析,选取典型服务企业进行深入剖析,从成本构成、形成机制等方面入手,发现服务行业成本控制存在成本难以精确计量、成本与服务质量相互制约、受人力资源影响大等特点。同时面临着客户需求个性化导致成本波动大、技术更新快使前期投入风险增加等挑战。

Abstract
As an important part of the modern economy, the service industry has a unique cost control. With the intensification of market competition and the diversification of service demand, it is of great significance to study the characteristics and challenges of cost control in the service industry. This study aims to explore the particularity of cost control in the service industry, analyze the main challenges and propose coping strategies. Through the system of relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with field investigation and case analysis, select the typical service enterprises, from the aspects of cost composition, formation mechanism, found that service industry cost control is difficult to accurate measurement, cost and service quality restrict each other, influenced by human resources, etc. At the same time, it is faced with challenges such as large cost fluctuations caused by personalized customer demand and increased early investment risk caused by fast technology update.
