摘要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,远程办公模式逐渐成为现代企业运营的重要组成部分。本研究旨在探讨远程办公对员工工作效率与工作生活平衡的影响,通过系统分析该模式下员工的工作状态、心理感受及生活质量的变化。研究采用问卷调查法和访谈法相结合的方式,选取了不同行业、不同规模企业的300名员工作为样本,收集其在传统办公模式与远程办公模式下的相关数据。研究发现,远程办公在一定程度上提高了员工的工作效率,主要体现在减少了通勤时间、降低了职场干扰等方面,但同时也带来了新的挑战,如工作界限模糊导致的工作时长增加、社交孤立感增强等。对于工作生活平衡而言,远程办公为员工提供了更灵活的时间安排,有助于照顾家庭和个人事务,然而过度的工作介入也容易引发生活压力。本研究创新性地构建了远程办公影响因素模型,从个体特征、组织支持和技术保障三个维度深入剖析了影响机制,并提出了优化远程办公模式以提升员工工作效率和促进工作生活平衡的策略,为理论研究和企业管理实践提供了有益参考。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, telecommuting has gradually become an integral part of modern enterprise operations. This study aims to investigate the impact of telecommuting on employee work efficiency and work-life balance by systematically analyzing changes in employees' work status, psychological experiences, and quality of life under this model. The research employs a combination of questionnaire surveys and interviews, selecting 300 employees from different industries and enterprises of varying sizes as samples to collect relevant data under both traditional office and telecommuting models. It was found that telecommuting has, to some extent, improved work efficiency, primarily through reduced commuting time and decreased workplace distractions; however, it also presents new challenges such as increased working hours due to blurred work boundaries and enhanced feelings of social isolation. Regarding work-life balance, telecommuting offers more flexible scheduling for employees, aiding in family care and personal matters, yet excessive work involvement can easily lead to increased life stress. Innovatively, this study constructs a telecommuting influence factor model, delving into the mechanisms from three dimensions: individual characteristics, organizational support, and technical assurance, and proposes strategies to optimize the telecommuting model to enhance employee work efficiency and promote work-life balance, providing valuable references for theoretical research and enterprise management practices.

Abstract
