摘要：本研究以我国国有企业股份制改组为研究对象，通过分析其理论基础、现状、影响因素以及对策，旨在提出一套完善的国有企业股份制改组策略。研究发现，股份制改组是国有企业改革的重要途径，具有必要性和可行性。然而，我国国有企业股份制改组在发展历程中存在一些问题，如效率低下、质量不高等。影响国有企业股份制改组的因素主要包括内部因素和外部因素。因此，本文提出了完善法律制度、提高改组效率和质量、建立和完善监管机制、加强人力资源建设以及提升市场竞争力等对策。

Abstract:This study takes the state-owned enterprises joint-stock reorganization as the research ob ject, through analyzing its theoretical basis, current situation, influencing factors and countermeasures, aims to put forward a set of perfect joint-stock reorganization strategies of state-owned enterprises. It is found that joint-stock reorganization is an important way to reform state-owned enterprises, and it is necessary and feasible. However, there are some problems in the development of joint-stock reorganization in state-owned enterprises, such as low efficiency and low quality. The factors that affect the reorganization of state-owned enterprises stock system mainly include internal factors and external factors. Therefore, this paper puts forward countermeasures such as perfecting the legal system, improving the efficiency and quality of reorganization, establishing and perfecting the supervision mechanism, strengthening the construction of human resources and enhancing the market competitiveness.
