  随着信息技术的迅猛发展,云计算作为新兴计算模式在资源管理与服务提供方面展现出巨大优势,而Linux系统凭借开源、稳定等特性成为构建云计算平台的理想选择。本研究旨在基于Linux构建高效稳定的云计算平台并进行优化。以OpenStack为框架,采用KVM虚拟化技术,在Ubuntu服务器上部署云计算环境,通过自动化脚本实现快速配置,并引入容器技术Docker增强隔离性与灵活性。针对传统云计算平台存在的资源分配不均、网络延迟等问题,提出基于智能算法的资源调度策略,利用机器学习算法预测用户需求,动态调整资源分配,同时优化网络架构,减少数据传输延迟。实验结果表明,所构建平台能够有效提高资源利用率,降低能耗,平均响应时间缩短约30%,故障率降低25%。该研究不仅为构建基于Linux的云计算平台提供了可行方案,还通过创新性的资源调度与网络优化方法提升了平台性能,对促进云计算技术的发展具有重要意义。

Abstract 
  With the rapid development of information technology, cloud computing has emerged as a new computing paradigm that demonstrates significant advantages in resource management and service provision. Leveraging its open-source nature and stability, the Linux system has become an ideal choice for constructing cloud computing platforms. This study aims to build an efficient and stable cloud computing platform based on Linux and optimize its performance. Utilizing OpenStack as the fr amework and KVM virtualization technology, a cloud computing environment is deployed on Ubuntu servers, with automated sc ripts enabling rapid configuration. Docker container technology is introduced to enhance isolation and flexibility. To address issues such as uneven resource allocation and network latency commonly found in traditional cloud computing platforms, this research proposes a resource scheduling strategy based on intelligent algorithms. Machine learning algorithms are employed to predict user demands, dynamically adjust resource allocation, and optimize network architecture to reduce data transmission delays. Experimental results indicate that the constructed platform can effectively improve resource utilization, reduce energy consumption, shorten average response time by approximately 30%, and decrease failure rates by 25%. This study not only provides a viable solution for building cloud computing platforms based on Linux but also enhances platform performance through innovative resource scheduling and network optimization methods, contributing significantly to the advancement of cloud computing technology.
