电力系统负荷管理中的节能措施与效果评估

摘    要

  随着全球能源需求的增长和环境问题的日益突出,电力系统负荷管理中的节能措施成为研究热点。本研究旨在探讨电力系统负荷管理中多种节能措施及其效果评估,以实现电力系统的高效运行与节能减排。通过对国内外相关文献的梳理及实际案例分析,选取典型区域电网为研究对象,采用理论分析与实证研究相结合的方法,构建了包含需求侧响应、分布式电源接入、储能技术应用等在内的综合评价体系。基于此体系,利用大数据分析技术对不同节能措施实施前后的负荷特性、电能质量、经济效益等方面进行量化对比分析。结果表明,通过优化负荷管理策略可显著降低峰谷差,提高设备利用率,减少弃风弃光现象,同时用户参与度提升有助于增强整个电力系统的稳定性与可靠性。本研究创新性地将多源数据融合应用于电力系统负荷管理效果评估中,提出了适应新型电力系统发展的负荷管理新模式,为相关政策制定提供了科学依据和技术支持,对推动智能电网建设具有重要意义。

Abstract

  With the increasing global energy demand and growing environmental concerns, energy-saving measures in power system load management have become a research hotspot. This study aims to investigate various energy-saving measures and their effectiveness in power system load management to achieve efficient operation and energy conservation. By reviewing relevant literature both domestically and internationally and analyzing practical cases, this research selects typical regional power grids as study ob jects, employing a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research methods. An integrated evaluation system is constructed, encompassing demand-side response, distributed generation integration, and energy storage technology application. Based on this system, big data analytics are utilized to conduct quantitative comparative analyses of load characteristics, power quality, and economic benefits before and after the implementation of different energy-saving measures. The results indicate that optimizing load management strategies can significantly reduce peak-to-valley differences, improve equipment utilization, decrease curtailment of wind and solar power, and enhance the stability and reliability of the entire power system through increased user participation. Innovatively, this study applies multi-source data fusion in assessing the effectiveness of power system load management, proposing new load management models adapted for the development of modern power systems. These findings provide scientific evidence and technical support for policy formulation and are significant for promoting the construction of smart grids.
