摘 要
随着全球化进程的加速和市场竞争的日益激烈,企业社会责任逐渐成为工商管理领域的重要议题。本研究旨在探讨企业社会责任与工商管理策略之间的内在联系,通过对企业内部管理和外部环境的综合分析,揭示二者相互作用的机制。研究采用文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法,选取了不同行业具有代表性的企业作为研究对象,深入剖析其在履行社会责任过程中的管理实践。结果表明,积极履行社会责任的企业能够有效提升品牌形象、增强员工忠诚度、优化供应链管理,并且在应对危机时展现出更强的韧性。创新之处在于构建了一个包含经济责任、法律责任、伦理责任和慈善责任四个维度的企业社会责任评价体系,并提出了基于该体系的工商管理策略框架,为企业提供了系统化的指导方案。

Abstract
With the acceleration of the globalization process and the increasingly fierce market competition, corporate social responsibility has gradually become an important issue in the field of business administration. This study aims to explore the internal connection between CSR and business administration strategies and reveal the mechanism of their interaction through the comprehensive analysis of their internal management and external environment. The research adopts the method of combining literature review and case analysis, selects representative enterprises in different industries as the research ob jects, and deeply analyzes their management practices in the process of fulfilling social responsibility. The results show that companies that actively fulfill their social responsibilities can effectively enhance their brand image, enhance employee loyalty, optimize supply chain management, and show greater resilience in response to the crisis. The innovation lies in the construction of a corporate social responsibility evaluation system including four dimensions of economic responsibility, legal responsibility, ethical responsibility and charitable responsibility, and puts forward a business administration strategy fr amework based on the system, which provides a systematic guidance scheme for enterprises.
