可再生能源接入电网的电气稳定性分析方法

摘    要

  随着全球能源转型的推进,可再生能源在电力系统中的渗透率不断提高,其接入电网给系统的电气稳定性带来了新的挑战。为此,本文旨在研究可再生能源接入电网的电气稳定性分析方法,以确保电力系统的安全稳定运行。基于此目的,本文构建了包含多种类型可再生能源发电单元和常规电源在内的综合电力系统模型,并引入广域测量系统数据进行动态特性描述。针对可再生能源出力的随机性和间歇性特点,采用概率统计理论与随机过程理论相结合的方法,建立了考虑不确定性的电气稳定性评估指标体系。通过算例仿真分析表明,所提方法能够准确评估不同场景下可再生能源接入对电网电气稳定性的影响,且具有较高的计算效率。该研究成果为含高比例可再生能源电力系统的规划、调度及运行提供了有效的理论依据和技术支持,创新性地将不确定性因素融入到电气稳定性分析中,弥补了传统方法仅考虑确定性条件下的不足,为实现电力系统的低碳转型与稳定运行提供了新思路。

Abstract
  With the advancement of global energy transition, the penetration rate of renewable energy in power systems is continuously increasing, posing new challenges to the electrical stability of the grid. This paper aims to investigate the methods for analyzing the electrical stability of power grids integrated with renewable energy to ensure the safe and stable operation of power systems. To achieve this ob jective, a comprehensive power system model incorporating various types of renewable energy generation units and conventional power sources is established, and wide-area measurement system data are introduced to describe dynamic characteristics. Considering the stochastic and intermittent nature of renewable energy output, a probabilistic statistical theory combined with stochastic process theory is employed to develop an uncertainty-aware electrical stability evaluation index system. Simulation analysis through case studies demonstrates that the proposed method can accurately assess the impact of renewable energy integration on grid electrical stability under different scenarios while maintaining high computational efficiency. This research provides effective theoretical support and technical guidance for the planning, scheduling, and operation of power systems with high proportions of renewable energy. It innovatively incorporates uncertainty factors into electrical stability analysis, addressing the limitations of traditional methods that only consider deterministic conditions, thereby offering new insights for achieving low-carbon transformation and stable operation of power systems.
