Abstract 
This study aims to explore the impact of process optimization on the efficiency of chemical wastewater treatment. In response to the current challenges faced by the chemical industry in wastewater treatment, we propose an innovative process optimization scheme and experimentally verify its significant improvement in wastewater treatment efficiency. In our research, we adopt an advanced method that combines biotreatment technology with membrane separation technology to improve the traditional wastewater treatment process. By introducing high-efficiency microbial strains and optimizing operational parameters, we achieve efficient degradation of organic pollutants in the wastewater. Simultaneously, the integration of membrane separation technology further enhances water clarity. Experimental results demonstrate that the optimized process not only significantly improves the efficiency of wastewater treatment but also reduces treatment costs, providing a new solution for the sustainable development of the chemical industry. The main contribution of this study lies in the scientific experimental design and rigorous data analysis, which validate the crucial role of process optimization in chemical wastewater treatment and offer a practical technical reference for related industries. Furthermore, this research provides valuable insights for future improvements and innovations in wastewater treatment technology.
