新型吸附材料在石油化工废气处理中的应用
摘 要
石油化工行业产生的废气含有多种有害物质,对环境和人体健康构成严重威胁。为了有效处理这些废气,我们研发了一种高效、环保的吸附材料,旨在提高废气处理效率并降低二次污染。本研究通过实验室模拟和现场试验相结合的方法,对所研发的新型吸附材料进行了全面评估。实验结果显示,该材料对石油化工废气中的有害物质具有显著的吸附能力,其吸附效率和容量明显优于传统材料。此外,该材料还具有良好的再生性能,可多次循环使用,从而降低了处理成本。本研究不仅为石油化工废气处理提供了一种新的技术路径,也为环保材料的研发和应用提供了有益的参考。

Abstract
The waste gas produced by the petrochemical industry contains a variety of harmful substances, which pose a serious threat to the environment and human health. In order to effectively treat this waste gas, we have developed an efficient and environmentally friendly adsorption material, aiming to improve the efficiency of the waste gas treatment and reduce the secondary pollution. In this study, we combined laboratory simulation and field test. The experimental results show that the material has significant adsorption capacity of harmful substances in petrochemical waste gas, and its adsorption efficiency and capacity are obviously better than that of traditional materials. In addition, the material also has good regeneration properties and can be recycled several times, thus reducing the treatment cost. This study not only provides a new technical path for the petrochemical waste gas treatment, but also provides a useful reference for the development and application of environmentally friendly materials.
