摘 要
干细胞疗法作为再生医学领域的重要突破,在组织修复与再生中展现出巨大潜力。本研究系统回顾了近年来干细胞疗法在组织工程中的应用进展,重点探讨了其在皮肤、骨骼、心肌等组织修复中的临床转化现状。通过文献计量学分析和临床试验数据整合,本文梳理了间充质干细胞、胚胎干细胞及诱导多能干细胞等主要细胞类型的作用机制与应用特点。研究发现,干细胞通过旁分泌效应、免疫调节及分化潜能等多重机制促进组织再生,其中间充质干细胞因其低免疫原性和易获取性成为临床应用的首选。创新性地提出了基于微环境调控的干细胞定向分化策略,通过生物材料支架与生长因子的协同作用显著提升了治疗效果。

Abstract
As an important breakthrough in the field of regenerative medicine, stem cell therapy has shown great potential in tissue repair and regeneration. This study systematically reviewed the recent application progress of stem cell therapy in tissue engineering, focusing on the current situation of its clinical transformation in the repair of skin, bone, myocardium and other tissues. Through bibliometric analysis and clinical trial data integration, this paper summarizes the action mechanism and application characteristics of major cell types such as mesenchymal stem cells, embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells. It have found that stem cells promote tissue regeneration through multiple mechanisms such as paracrine effects, immune regulation and differentiation potential, among which mesenchymal stem cells become the first choice for clinical application due to their low immunogenicity and accessibility. We innovatively proposed a stem cell directed differentiation strategy based on microenvironment regulation, which significantly improved the therapeutic effect through the synergistic effect of biomaterial scaffolds and growth factors.
