小学体育活动中学生体质健康改善的效果研究
摘  要
本研究旨在探讨小学体育活动中学生体质健康改善的效果,以期为学校体育教育改革提供科学依据。随着我国青少年体质健康水平持续下降,如何通过有效的体育活动提升学生体质已成为教育领域的重要课题。研究采用准实验设计,选取某市两所小学的三年级至六年级学生为研究对象,实验组实施为期12周的专项体育活动干预方案,对照组保持常规体育课程。通过体质测试、问卷调查和课堂观察等方法收集数据,运用SPSS软件进行统计分析。研究结果显示,实验组学生在肺活量、50米跑、坐位体前屈等指标上均有显著提升,其中肺活量平均提高8.2%,50米跑成绩提升6.5%。同时,学生的运动兴趣和参与度明显增强,课堂纪律改善显著。本研究的创新点在于设计了符合小学生身心特点的趣味性体育活动方案,将传统体育项目与游戏化元素有机结合。

Study on the effect of improving physical health in primary school physical activities 
Abstract
This study aims to explore the effect of physical health improvement in order to provide scientific basis for school physical education reform. With the continuous decline of the physical health level of teenagers in China, how to improve students' physical fitness through effective physical activities has become an important subject in the field of education. The study adopted a quasi-experimental design, and the students from grade 3 to grade 6 from two primary schools in a city were selected as the research ob jects. The experimental group implemented a 12-week special physical activity intervention program, and the control group maintained the regular physical education curriculum. Data were collected through physical fitness test, questionnaire survey and classroom observation, and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS software. The results showed that the students in the experimental group had significant improvements in vital capacity, 50-meter running, sitting forward flexion and other indicators, among which the vital capacity increased by 8.2% on average, and the 50-meter running performance increased by 6.5%. At the same time, students' interest and participation in sports increased significantly, and classroom discipline improved significantly. The innovation of this study lies in the design of interesting sports activities in line with the physical and mental characteristics of primary school students, and the organic combination of traditional sports items with gamification elements.
