口腔种植体表面处理技术的研究进展
口腔种植体作为现代口腔医学的重要组成部分,其表面处理技术的研究进展直接关系到种植体的成功率和使用寿命。随着材料科学和生物技术的不断发展,口腔种植体表面处理技术已经从单一的机械加工向多元化、精细化方向发展。本研究对口腔种植体表面处理技术的分类与发展进行了详细阐述,包括机械加工、化学和生物活性三种主要处理技术。通过对表面形貌与粗糙度、生物相容性和骨整合性能等关键指标的性能评价,本研究揭示了不同表面处理技术对种植体性能的影响。临床应用比较显示,新型表面处理技术如等离子喷涂、激光处理等具有更好的生物相容性和骨整合性能。此外,本研究还展望了新型表面处理技术的发展趋势,如纳米技术、仿生学和生物技术的应用,以及个性化种植体表面处理的未来方向。

Progress in surface treatment techniques for oral implants
ABSTRACT
As an important part of modern dental medicine, the research progress of its surface treatment technology is directly related to the success rate and service life of dental implants. With the continuous development of materials science and biotechnology, the surface treatment technology of oral implants has developed from a single machining to diversification and refinement. This study detailed the classification and development of oral implant surface treatment techniques, including three main treatment techniques: machining, chemical and bioactivity. Based on the performance evaluation of key indicators of surface morphology and roughness, biocompatibility and osseointegration performance, this study revealed the impact of different surface treatment techniques on implant performance. Comparison of clinical applications shows that new surface treatment technologies such as plasma spraying and laser treatment have better biocompatibility and osseointegration performance. Furthermore, this study prospects the development of novel surface treatment technologies, such as nanotechnology, bionics and biotechnology applications, and future directions of personalized implant surface treatments.
