摘   要
儿童斜弱视作为常见的眼科疾病,对其视力发育和心理健康有着深远的影响。近年来,随着生活方式的改变和电子产品的普及,儿童斜弱视的发病率逐年上升,引起了广泛关注。流行病学研究显示,斜弱视在儿童群体中具有特定的发病规律和特征,这对临床诊断和治疗提出了更高要求。本研究首先分析了儿童斜弱视的流行病学特征和传统诊断方法的局限性,指出了引入眼视光技术的必要性。随后,详细探讨了眼视光技术在斜弱视诊断中的应用,包括自动验光仪在屈光检查中的应用、角膜地形图在斜视评估中的作用以及视觉电生理检测的诊断价值。研究结果显示,这些技术能够提供更客观、准确的诊断信息,有助于医生制定个性化的治疗方案。此外,本研究还关注了眼视光技术在斜弱视治疗中的应用,如数字化视力训练系统、虚拟现实技术和生物反馈疗法等,这些创新方法不仅提高了治疗效果,还增强了患者的依从性和舒适度。

Application of optometry technology in the diagnosis and treatment of oblique amblyopia in children
ABSTRACT
As a common eye disease, oblique amblyopia in children has a profound impact on its visual development and mental health. In recent years, with the change of lifestyle and the popularity of electronic products, the incidence of oblique amblyopia in children has increased year by year, which has attracted wide attention. Epidemiological studies show that oblique amblyopia has specific onset regularity and characteristics in children, which puts forward higher requirements for clinical diagnosis and treatment. This study first analyzed the epidemiological characteristics and the limitations of traditional diagnostic methods, pointing out the necessity of introducing optometry technology. Subsequently, the application of ocular optometry technique in the diagnosis of oblique amblyopia was explored in detail, including the application of automatic optometry in the refractive examination, the role of corneal topography in the strabismus evaluation, and the diagnostic value of visual electrophysiological detection. The results show that these techniques can provide more ob jective and accurate diagnostic information, which can help doctors develop personalized treatment plans. In addition, this study also focused on the application of optometry technology in the treatment of oblique amblyopia, such as digital vision training system, virtual reality technology and biofeedback therapy, and these innovative methods not only improve the treatment effect, but also enhance patient compliance and comfort.
