摘 要
全球生态环境恶化导致珍稀濒危树种保护成为生物多样性保育的关键议题。本研究针对我国特有珍稀树种,系统研究保护与繁育技术,探索物种保育策略。研究选取5种树种,运用多种方法全面评估其种群分布、遗传多样性及繁育特性。提出综合保护模式,并建立快速繁殖体系。结果显示,目标树种种群数量下降,遗传多样性低,3种极度濒危;优化培养基配方和条件,实现4种树种快速繁殖,繁殖系数5.8-7.2;开发基于SSR标记的遗传多样性评估方法,为种质资源保存提供依据。研究创新点在于结合分子标记与传统繁育方法,构建完整保护技术体系。成果为相关树种保育提供理论与实践指导,为其他濒危植物保护提供经验。建议加强种群监测、生境修复,完善法规,推动珍稀树种可持续保护和利用。

RESEARCH ON THE PROTECTION AND BREEDING TECHNOLOGY OF RARE AND ENDANGERED TREE SPECIES
ABSTRACT
The deterioration of global ecological and environmental environment has made the conservation of rare and endangered tree species a key issue in biodiversity conservation. This study systematically studies the conservation and breeding techniques and explores the conservation strategies for the unique rare tree species in China. Five tree species were selected to comprehensively assess their population distribution, genetic diversity and breeding characteristics. Propose a comprehensive protection model, and establish a rapid propagation system. The results showed that the population size of target tree species decreased, genetic diversity was low and 3 species were extremely endangered; the medium formula and conditions were optimized to achieve rapid reproduction of 4 species with reproduction coefficient of 5.8-7.2; the genetic diversity assessment method based on SSR markers was developed to provide the basis for the preservation of germplasm resources. The research innovation point lies in the combination of molecular markers and traditional breeding methods to build a complete protection technology system. The results provide theoretical and practical guidance for the conservation of related tree species, and provide experience for the conservation of other endangered plants. It is suggested to strengthen population monitoring, habitat restoration, improve laws and regulations, and promote the sustainable protection and utilization of rare tree species.
