摘 要
森林碳汇作为全球气候变化应对的重要手段,其动态监测与管理策略的研究具有重要意义。本研究旨在通过综合运用遥感技术、地理信息系统和机器学习算法,实现对森林碳汇的实时动态监测,并提出有效的管理策略。研究背景基于中国丰富的森林资源和日益严峻的气候变化挑战,本研究选取了多个典型森林区域进行数据采集和分析。方法上,首先利用高分辨率卫星影像获取森林覆盖数据,结合地面实测数据进行校正;其次,通过GIS技术构建空间数据库,实现数据的集成与管理;最后,采用随机森林算法对碳汇量进行预测和评估。结果显示,所提出的方法能够准确反映森林碳汇的时空变化特征,预测精度达到90%以上。此外,研究还发现不同森林类型和管理措施对碳汇量的影响显著。结论表明,本研究不仅提升了森林碳汇监测的精度和效率,还为制定科学合理的森林管理政策提供了理论依据和技术支持。

DYNAMIC MONITORING AND MANAGEMENT STRATEGY OF FOREST CARBON SINK
ABSTRACT
As an important means to cope with global climate change, the study of forest carbon sink dynamic monitoring and management strategies is of great significance. The purpose of this study is to realize real-time dynamic monitoring of forest carbon sink through comprehensive application of remote sensing technology, geographic information system and machine learning algorithm, and propose effective management strategies. Background Based on China's rich forest resources and the increasingly severe challenge of climate change, this study selected several typical forest areas for data collection and analysis. Firstly, high-resolution satellite images were used to obtain forest cover data, and then corrected with ground measured data. Secondly, GIS technology is used to construct spatial database to realize data integration and management. Finally, the random forest algorithm is used to predict and evaluate the carbon sink. The results show that the proposed method can accurately reflect the temporal and spatial characteristics of forest carbon sink, and the prediction accuracy is more than 90%. In addition, the study also found that different forest types and management measures have significant effects on carbon sink. The conclusion shows that this study not only improves the accuracy and efficiency of forest carbon sink monitoring, but also provides theoretical basis and technical support for formulating scientific and reasonable forest management policies.
