摘 要
抗生素滥用已成为全球公共卫生领域的重大挑战,导致耐药菌株的迅速扩散。本研究旨在探讨中国抗生素滥用的现状及其对耐药菌防控的影响,并提出有效的对策。通过文献综述、数据分析和实地调查,研究发现中国抗生素使用量显著高于世界平均水平,尤其是在畜牧业和医疗领域。耐药菌的种类和数量逐年增加,严重威胁公共健康。研究结果显示,抗生素滥用主要源于不合理处方、患者自我用药和养殖业过度使用。为应对这一问题,本研究提出了一系列综合防控措施,包括加强监管、提高公众意识、优化临床指南和推广替代疗法。特别地,本研究强调了跨部门合作的重要性,建议政府、医疗机构和公众共同参与耐药菌防控。此外,研究还提出了基于大数据和人工智能的监测系统,以实时追踪抗生素使用和耐药菌动态。这些创新方法不仅提高了防控效率,也为全球耐药菌治理提供了新的思路。

Abstract
Antibiotic abuse has become a major challenge in global public health, leading to the rapid spread of resistant strains. This study aims to investigate the current situation of antibiotic abuse in China and its impact on the prevention and control of resistant bacteria in China and propose effective countermeasures. Through literature review, data analysis and field investigation, the study found that antibiotic use in China was significantly higher than the world average, especially in animal husbandry and medical fields. The types and number of drug-resistant bacteria increase year by year, posing a serious threat to public health. The results show that the abuse of antibiotics mainly stems from unreasonable presc ription, patient self-medication and overuse in the breeding industry. To address this problem, this study proposes a series of comprehensive prevention and control measures, including increased supervision, increasing public awareness, optimization of clinical guidelines, and promotion of alternative therapies. In particular, this study highlights the importance of cross-sectoral collaboration, suggesting the joint participation of governments, healthcare institutions and the public in AMF control. In addition, monitoring systems based on big data and artificial intelligence to track antibiotic use and resistant bacteria dynamics in real time. These innovative methods not only improve the efficiency of prevention and control, but also provide new ideas for the global treatment of drug-resistant bacteria.
