摘 要
随着食品工业的快速发展,食品包装材料的安全性问题日益受到关注。本研究旨在探讨当前食品包装材料中存在的安全性问题,并提出相应的优化方案。通过对国内外相关文献的系统综述,结合实验室测试和市场调研数据,本研究识别出塑料、纸质和金属等主要包装材料在生产、使用和废弃过程中可能释放的有害物质,如双酚A、邻苯二甲酸酯和重金属等。研究发现,这些有害物质对人体健康构成潜在威胁,尤其对儿童和孕妇的影响更为显著。为应对这一挑战,本研究提出了一系列创新性的优化方案,包括开发新型生物降解材料、改进现有材料的加工工艺以及实施严格的监管措施。具体而言,通过引入纳米技术和绿色化学方法,成功研发出一种新型生物降解塑料,其在降解速度和环境友好性方面均优于传统塑料。此外,针对纸质包装材料,提出了采用无氯漂白工艺和添加天然抗菌剂的方法,以减少化学残留和微生物污染。在金属包装方面,建议采用无铅焊接技术和表面涂层保护措施,以防止重金属渗漏。研究结果表明,这些优化方案不仅有效降低了食品包装材料的安全风险,还显著提升了其环保性能。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the food industry, the safety of food packaging materials receives increasing attention. This study aims to explore the current safety problems in food packaging materials and propose corresponding optimization schemes. Through a systematic review of relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with laboratory tests and market research data, this study identified harmful substances released in the production, use and abandonment, such as bisphenol A, phthalates and heavy me tals. The study found that these harmful substances pose a potential threat to human health, especially for children and pregnant women. To meet this challenge, this study presents a series of innovative optimization schemes, including the development of new biodegradable materials, improvement of the processing technology of existing materials, and implementation of strict regulatory measures. Specifically, by introducing nanotechnology and green chemical methods, a new type of biodegradable plastic has been successfully developed, which is better than the traditional plastic in terms of degradation speed and environmental friendliness. In addition, for the paper packaging materials, the methods of adopting a chlorine-free bleaching process and adding natural antibacterial agents are proposed to reduce chemical residues and microbial contamination. For me tal packaging, lead-free welding techniques and surface coating protection measures are recommended to prevent heavy me tal leakage. The results show that these optimization schemes not only effectively reduce the safety risk of food packaging materials, but also significantly improve their environmental performance.
