摘 要
食品中农药残留问题已成为全球关注的焦点,尤其在中国,随着农业生产的快速发展和食品安全意识的提高,这一问题显得尤为突出。本研究旨在探讨食品中农药残留的现状及其防控对策,以期为保障公众健康提供科学依据。研究采用了文献综述、实地调查和实验室分析相结合的方法,对中国主要农产品的农药残留情况进行了全面评估。结果显示,尽管中国在农药使用和监管方面取得了一定进展,但部分地区和农产品仍存在较高的农药残留风险。研究发现,农药残留的主要原因包括不规范的农药使用、缺乏有效的监管机制以及农民对农药安全知识的不足。基于此,本研究提出了一系列防控对策,包括加强农药使用的规范化管理、提升监管体系的效能、推广绿色农业技术以及增强农民的农药安全教育。这些对策不仅有助于降低食品中的农药残留水平,还能促进农业的可持续发展。本研究的贡献在于系统性地分析了食品中农药残留的问题根源,并提出了切实可行的解决方案,为政府决策和行业实践提供了重要参考。通过实施这些对策,预期能够显著改善中国的食品安全状况,保护消费者的健康权益。

Abstract
The problem of pesticide residues in food has become the focus of global attention, especially in China, with the rapid development of agricultural production and the increasing awareness of food safety. The aim of this study is to investigate the current situation of pesticide residues in food and their prevention and control countermeasures in order to provide scientific basis for public health. A combination of literature review, field investigation and laboratory analysis was used to provide a comprehensive assessment of pesticide residues in major agricultural products in China. The results showed that despite some progress in pesticide use and regulation in China, there is still a high risk of pesticide residues in some regions and agricultural products. The study found that the main reasons for pesticide residues include non-standard pesticide use, lack of effective regulatory mechanism, and farmers' insufficient knowledge of pesticide safety. Based on this, this study puts forward a series of prevention and control countermeasures, including strengthening the standardized management of pesticide use, improving the efficiency of the supervision system, promoting green agricultural technology and enhancing the pesticide safety education for farmers. These countermeasures can not only help to reduce the level of pesticide residues in food, but also promote the sustainable development of agriculture. The contribution of this study lies in the systematic analysis of the root causes of pesticide residues in food, and the proposal of practical solutions, which provide an important reference for government decision-making and industry practice. By implementing these measures, China is expected to significantly improve its food safety conditions and protect the health rights of consumers.
