摘 要
随着全球人口增长和食品供应链复杂化,食品保质期延长技术成为保障食品安全和减少浪费的关键。本研究旨在探讨现代食品保质期延长技术的应用及其对食品保障的影响。通过文献综述、实验研究和案例分析,本研究系统评估了多种保质期延长技术,包括真空包装、气调包装、辐照技术和新型防腐剂的应用。研究发现,这些技术在不同食品类型中表现出显著的保质期延长效果,特别是在中国市场上广泛应用的气调包装和辐照技术,有效减少了食品腐败率和浪费。此外,本研究还提出了基于这些技术的食品保障对策,如建立标准化操作流程和加强消费者教育。研究结果表明,合理应用保质期延长技术不仅能提高食品安全性,还能显著减少经济损失和社会资源浪费。本研究的贡献在于为政策制定者提供了科学依据,推动了食品保质期延长技术的规范化和普及化,从而为全球食品安全保障提供了新的思路和方法。

Abstract
As the global population grows and food supply chain complexity increases, food shelf life extension technology has become the key to ensuring food safety and reducing waste. The purpose of this study is to investigate the application of modern food shelf life extension technology and its impact on food security. Through a literature review, experimental studies, and case analysis, this study systematically evaluated various shelf life extension techniques, including vacuum packaging, gas conditioning packaging, irradiation technology, and the application of new preservatives. The study found that these technologies showed significant shelf life extension effects in different food types, especially gas conditioning packaging and irradiation technologies, which are widely used in the Chinese market, effectively reducing food corruption and waste. In addition, this study proposes food security countermeasures based on these technologies, such as the establishment of standardized operating procedures and enhanced consumer education. The results show that the rational application of shelf life extension technology can not only improve food safety, but also significantly reduce economic loss and waste of social resources. The contribution of this study is to provide a scientific basis for policy makers, promote the standardization and popularization of food shelf life extension technology, and thus provide new ideas and methods for global food safety assurance.

Abstract
