智能监控系统在化工企业安全生产中的应用与优化
摘 要
随着化工行业的快速发展,安全生产问题日益凸显,成为制约行业可持续发展的重要因素。化工企业生产过程中涉及大量易燃易爆、有毒有害物质,一旦发生事故,后果往往十分严重。本研究针对智能监控系统在化工企业安全生产中的应用进行了深入分析。首先,概述了智能监控系统的定义、特点、技术基础及功能应用,明确了化工企业安全生产的特殊需求。其次,通过案例分析,总结了现有智能监控系统在化工企业中的应用现状,指出了存在的问题与不足。在此基础上,本研究提出了智能监控系统在化工企业安全生产中的优化策略,包括系统架构优化、算法优化以及安全性与可靠性提升策略。最后,构建了评估指标体系,对实施效果进行了定量分析和典型案例评估,并提出了持续改进建议与未来发展方向。本研究成果对于提升化工企业安全生产管理水平,推动智能监控系统在化工行业的广泛应用具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the chemical industry, the problem of safety production is becoming increasingly prominent, and it has become an important factor restricting the sustainable development of the industry. The production process of chemical enterprises involves a large number of flammable and explosive, toxic and harmful substances. Once the accident occurs, the consequences are often very serious. This study deeply analyzes the application of intelligent monitoring system in the safety production of chemical enterprises. First of all, the definition, characteristics, technical basis and functional application of the intelligent monitoring system are summarized, and the special requirements of safe production of chemical enterprises are defined. Secondly, through the case analysis, the application status of the existing intelligent monitoring system in chemical enterprises is summarized, and the existing problems and deficiencies are pointed out. On this basis, this study proposes the optimization strategy of intelligent monitoring system in the safety production of chemical enterprises, including system architecture optimization, algorithm optimization and security and reliability improvement strategy. Finally, the evaluation index system is constructed, the implementation effect is quantitatively analyzed and the typical cases are evaluated, and the suggestions for continuous improvement and the future development direction are put forward. The research results are of great significance for improving the safety production management level in chemical enterprises and promoting the wide application of intelligent monitoring system in the chemical industry.
