Abstract
This paper focuses on the design and synthesis of the new catalyst and its application in methane transformation. First, the selection and synthesis of catalyst materials are discussed in detail, and the key parameters optimization and catalyst characterization techniques of the synthesis process are outlined. Subsequently, the performance of the new catalyst was comprehensively evaluated, including the catalytic activity test, stability test and selectivity assessment, and the specific reaction conditions were set, and the activity indicators were analyzed. The performance comparison with other catalysts reveals the advantages of new catalysts in catalytic activity, stability and selectivity. Furthermore, the key factors affecting the catalyst performance are further investigated. Then, taking methane conversion as an application example, an in-depth analysis is made from the feasibility of industrial scale application, laboratory scale application effect verification, economic benefit and environmental impact. The results show that the new catalyst shows excellent performance in methane conversion and has high potential for industrial application. This study not only provides theoretical guidance for the design and synthesis of new catalysts, but also provides strong support for the technological progress and industrial upgrading in the field of methane transformation, which has important theoretical significance and practical application value.
