本文深入探讨了现代机械制造工艺与精密加工技术的理论基础、技术特点、优势与挑战,以及在实际应用中存在的问题与对策。文章首先概述了现代机械制造工艺的基础和精密加工技术的原理,分析了两者之间的关系及结合应用的可能性。接着,详细阐述了现代机械制造工艺的技术特点和精密加工技术的优势,同时指出了两者在实际应用中面临的问题,如制造工艺的精度与效率不足、精密加工技术的稳定性与可靠性问题,以及两者结合应用时的技术集成与协调发展难题。针对这些问题,文章提出了相应的对策,旨在提升制造工艺的精度与效率,解决精密加工技术的稳定性与可靠性问题,并推动两者的技术集成与协调发展。本文的研究成果对于推动现代机械制造与精密加工技术的发展具有重要意义。

Abstract

In this paper, the theoretical basis, technical characteristics, advantages and challenges of modern machinery manufacturing technology and precision machining technology are deeply discussed, as well as the problems and countermeasures in practical application. In this paper, the foundation of modern machinery manufacturing technology and the principle of precision machining technology are summarized, and the relationship between them and the possibility of combined application are analyzed. Then, the technical characteristics of modern machinery manufacturing process and the advantages of precision machining technology are elaborated, and the problems faced by both in practical application are pointed out, such as the accuracy and efficiency of manufacturing process, the stability and reliability of precision machining technology, and the technical integration and coordinated development problems when they are combined. In view of these problems, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures, aiming at improving the precision and efficiency of manufacturing process, solving the stability and reliability problems of precision machining technology, and promoting the integration and coordinated development of the two technologies. The research results of this paper are of great significance for promoting the development of modern machinery manufacturing and precision machining technology.
