摘 要
本文综述了微创手术技术在腹部外科领域的应用进展。微创手术技术,以其创伤小、恢复快、精准度高等特点,在近年来得到了广泛的关注和发展。该技术的基本原理在于通过微小切口或自然腔道进行手术操作,同时利用先进的影像技术和手术器械来提高手术的精确性和安全性。在腹部外科中,微创手术技术主要包括腹腔镜手术、内镜手术以及机器人辅助手术等多种分类。腹腔镜手术在阑尾切除、胃癌根治以及肝部分切除等方面取得了显著成果。内镜手术则广泛应用于止血、取石、引流以及肿瘤切除等手术操作中。此外,随着机器人技术的不断发展,机器人辅助手术在腹部外科中的应用也日益广泛,其精准度高、操作稳定的特点为手术的成功提供了有力保障。尽管微创手术技术具有诸多优势,但其也面临着学习曲线陡峭、手术操作复杂以及设备成本高等挑战。为了克服这些挑战,未来微创手术技术的发展将更加注重技术创新,包括新型微创手术器械的研发以及人工智能与机器人技术在微创手术中的应用。微创手术技术在腹部外科领域的应用前景广阔,但仍需不断努力和创新,以更好地服务于广大患者。

Abstract
This paper reviews the application of minimally invasive surgical techniques in the field of abdominal surgery. Minimally invasive surgery technology, with its characteristics of less trauma, quick recovery and high accuracy, has been widely concerned and developed in recent years. The basic principle of this technology is to perform the surgery through small incisions or natural cavities, while using advanced imaging technology and surgical instruments to improve the accuracy and safety of the surgery. In abdominal surgery, minimally invasive surgical techniques mainly include laparoscopic surgery, endoscopic surgery and robot-assisted surgery. Laparoscopic surgery has achieved remarkable results in appendectomy, radical gastrectomy and partial hepatectomy. Endoscopic surgery is widely used in hemostasis, lithotomy, drainage and tumor resection. In addition, with the continuous development of robotics technology, the application of robot-assisted surgery in abdominal surgery is becoming more and more extensive, and its characteristics of high accuracy and stable operation provide a strong guarantee for the success of surgery. Despite the many advantages of minimally invasive surgical techniques, they also face challenges such as steep learning curves, complex surgical procedures, and high equipment costs. In order to overcome these challenges, the future development of minimally invasive surgical technology will pay more attention to technological innovation, including the research and development of new minimally invasive surgical instruments and the application of artificial intelligence and robotics in minimally invasive surgery. The application of minimally invasive surgery technology in the field of abdominal surgery has broad prospects, but it still needs continuous efforts and innovation to better serve the majority of patients.
