摘要:本研究以小学初任教师同事关系适应为研究对象,通过文献综述和实证研究,探讨了小学初任教师同事关系适应的现状、影响因素以及应对策略。研究发现,小学初任教师在同事关系适应方面存在一些问题,如缺乏合作与沟通、存在竞争与排斥、缺乏支持与指导等。影响小学初任教师同事关系适应的因素主要包括个人因素、组织因素和社会因素。为了改善小学初任教师的同事关系适应,提出了一些策略和建议,包括提高自身素质、增强人际沟通能力、积极参与团队合作、建立良好的同事关系以及寻求外部支持等。

Abstract:Based on literature review and empirical research, this study explores the current situation, influencing factors and coping strategies of primary school beginning teachers' colleague relationship adaptation. It is found that elementary school teachers have some problems in the adaptation of colleague relationship, such as lack of cooperation and communication, competition and exclusion, lack of support and guidance. The factors that affect the beginning teachers' colleague relationship adaptation mainly include personal factors, organizational factors and social factors. In order to improve the adaptability of primary school teachers to the relationship between colleagues, some strategies and suggestions are put forward, including improving their own quality, enhancing interpersonal communication skills, actively participating in team work, establishing good relationship with colleagues and seeking external support.
