摘要:本研究旨在探讨小学学困生自我效能感的培养。首先,通过对国内外相关研究的回顾,明确了研究的背景和目的。其次,从理论基础出发,分析了自我效能感的概念及其在教育领域的应用,以及学困生的定义、特点和成因。进一步探讨了自我效能感与学业成绩、学习动机、学习策略等的关系,并提出了培养学困生自我效能感的理论依据。然后,通过实证研究方法,调查了小学学困生的自我效能感现状,发现他们普遍存在自我效能感较低、容易产生消极情绪和缺乏持久的学习动力等问题。最后,提出了提高小学学困生自我效能感的对策,包括建立积极的学习环境、提供个性化的教学支持和培养积极的学习态度和习惯。

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to explore the cultivation of self-efficacy of students with learning difficulties in primary school. First of all, through the review of domestic and foreign related research, the background and purpose of the research are clarified. Secondly, from the theoretical basis, it analyzes the concept of self-efficacy and its application in the field of education, as well as the definition, characteristics and causes of students with learning difficulties. This paper further discusses the relationship between self-efficacy and academic achievement, learning motivation and learning strategy, and puts forward the theoretical basis of cultivating self-efficacy of students with learning difficulties. Then, through the empirical research method, we investigate the current situation of self-efficacy of students with learning difficulties in primary school, and find that they generally have low self-efficacy, easy to produce negative emotions and lack of lasting learning motivation. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the self-efficacy of students with learning difficulties in primary school, including establishing a positive learning environment, providing personalized teaching support and cultivating positive learning attitudes and habits.
