连锁零售企业供应链管理问题与对策研究

摘  要
本文探讨了供应链管理在连锁零售企业中的重要性及其存在的问题与对策。首先概述了供应链管理的定义、特点及核心要素,强调其在企业运营中的关键作用。随后,分析了供应链管理对连锁零售企业实现供需精准对接、降低成本提升效率及增强市场竞争力的重要性。然而,当前连锁零售企业在供应链管理中面临决策层级过多、缺乏持续改进机制及职能部门间沟通不畅等问题。为解决这些问题,本文提出简化决策层级、建立持续改进文化和跨部门沟通机制等对策,旨在优化供应链管理流程,提升连锁零售企业的运营效率和市场竞争力。本研究对于连锁零售企业加强供应链管理、实现可持续发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。

RESEARCH ON SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF CHAIN RETAIL ENTERPRISES

ABSTRACT
This paper discusses the importance of supply chain management in chain retail enterprises and its existing problems and countermeasures. Firstly, it summarizes the definition, characteristics and core elements of supply chain management, emphasizing its key role in enterprise operation. Subsequently, the paper analyzes the importance of supply chain management for chain retail enterprises to accurately connect supply and demand, reduce cost and improve efficiency and enhance market competitiveness. However, the current chain retail enterprises are faced with problems such as excessive decision-making levels, lack of continuous improvement mechanism and poor functional communication between departments. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes countermeasures such as simplifying the decision-making level, establishing continuous cultural improvement and cross-department communication mechanism, aiming to optimize the supply chain management process and improve the operational efficiency and market competitiveness of chain retail enterprises. This study has important theoretical and practical significance for chain retail enterprises to strengthen supply chain management and realize sustainable development.
