随着社会对高素质技能型人才需求的日益增长,职业教育的重要性日益凸显。作为职业教育质量提升的关键要素,双师型教师队伍的建设成为了关注的焦点。然而,当前职业教育双师型教师队伍建设面临诸多挑战,如认定标准不明确、培养体系不健全、激励机制不到位、评价机制不科学等,这些问题严重制约了双师型教师队伍的发展,进而影响了职业教育的教学质量和人才培养效果。本文旨在探讨职业教育双师型教师队伍建设中的关键问题,并提出相应的解决对策。通过梳理职业教育理论、教师专业发展理论以及双师型教师概念,本文首先阐述了双师型教师队伍建设在提升职业教育教学质量、促进产教融合与校企合作、推动职业教育创新发展等方面的重要性。随后,本文深入分析了当前职业教育双师型教师队伍建设中存在的主要问题,包括认定标准不明确、培养体系不健全、激励机制不到位和评价机制不科学等。针对这些问题,本文提出了明确认定标准、完善评价体系、加强培养体系建设、深化校企合作、优化激励机制和完善反馈机制等对策,以期为解决职业教育双师型教师队伍建设问题提供有益参考。

Abstract
With the increasing social demand for high-quality skilled talents, the importance of vocational education has become increasingly prominent. As a key element to improve the quality of vocational education, the construction of double-qualified teachers has become the focus of attention. However, the current vocational education double type teacher team construction faces many challenges, such as the standard is not clear, training system is not sound, the incentive mechanism does not reach the designated position, the evaluation mechanism is not scientific, etc., these problems seriously restricted the development of double type teachers, which affect the teaching quality of vocational education and talent training effect. The paper aims to discuss the key problems in the construction of vocational education teachers and put forward corresponding solutions. By sorting out the theory of vocational education, teacher professional development and the concept of double-qualified teachers, this paper first expounds the importance of the construction of double-qualified teachers in improving the teaching quality of vocational education, promoting the integration of industry and education and the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and promoting the innovation and development of vocational education. Subsequently, this paper deeply analyzes the main problems in the construction of double-qualified teachers, including the unclear identification standards, imperfect training system, inadequate incentive mechanism and unscientific evaluation mechanism. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures such as clarifying the identification standard, perfecting the evaluation system, strengthening the construction of the training system, deepening the school-enterprise cooperation, optimizing the incentive mechanism and improving the feedback mechanism, in order to provide useful reference for solving the problem of the construction of double-qualified teachers in vocational education.
