水库群联合调度在跨流域调水中的应用

Abstract
This paper focuses on "the application of reservoir group joint operation in inter-basin water transfer", aiming to explore how to achieve optimal allocation and efficient utilization of water resources through scientific and reasonable strategies of reservoir group joint operation in inter-basin water transfer projects. With the development of climate change and economy and society, the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources has become increasingly aggravated. As an important means to alleviate the uneven distribution of water resources and ensure regional economic and social development, the importance of inter-basin water transfer project has become increasingly prominent. As the core link of inter-basin water transfer project, the joint operation of reservoir groups is of great significance to improve the efficiency of water transfer and ensure the safety of water supply. This paper first analyzes the complexity and challenges faced by inter-basin water transfer projects, including the diverse needs of water sources, water transmission routes, and water receiving areas, the spatio-temporal distribution differences of water resources between different basins, and the impact of extreme climatic events on water transfer systems. Then, the basic principle and method of reservoir group joint operation are described, including the construction of reservoir group joint operation model, the formulation of operation rules and the application of optimization algorithm. In the inter-basin water transfer project, the joint operation of reservoir group realizes the spatio-temporal redistribution of water resources by coordinating the storage, release and diversion of multiple reservoirs, so as to meet the water demand of different regions. This paper discusses in detail the application practice of reservoir group joint operation in inter-basin water transfer, including how to make scientific and reasonable operation scheme according to the situation of water source, water transmission line and water demand of receiving area. How to improve the operation efficiency and stability of water transfer system by optimizing the scheduling model; And how to deal with the impact of sudden hydrological events on water transfer system through emergency scheduling strategy. This paper also analyzes the existing problems and challenges in the cross-basin water transfer, such as the adaptability of the dispatching rules, the accuracy and efficiency of the dispatching model, and the intelligent level of the dispatching system, and puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions. The combined operation of reservoir groups plays a vital role in the inter-basin water transfer. Through scientific and reasonable scheduling strategy, the optimal allocation and efficient utilization of water resources can be realized, which provides a strong guarantee for regional economic and social development. In the future, with the progress of science and technology and the continuous improvement of dispatching system, the application of reservoir group joint dispatching in inter-basin water transfer will be more extensive and in-depth.
