Abstract
This paper discusses the important role of dike engineering in flood control and disaster reduction, and the latest progress and application of safety monitoring and emergency rescue technology of dike engineering. As the first line of defense against flood, the safety of dike project is directly related to the safety of people's lives and property and the stable development of social economy. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the safety monitoring and emergency rescue technology research for improving the flood control capacity and ensuring the safety of levees. This paper analyzes the necessity and present situation of safety monitoring of dike engineering. In view of the complex hydrogeological conditions and the influence of human activities, a variety of monitoring means and methods are put forward, including deformation monitoring, seepage monitoring, stress monitoring, etc., to ensure that the hidden dangers of levee are discovered and dealt with in time. At the same time, this paper also introduces the latest research results and application cases in the safety monitoring technology of levee engineering at home and abroad, which provides a strong support for the follow-up emergency rescue work. This paper focuses on the current situation and development trend of emergency rescue technology in dike engineering. In view of the common danger such as levee break, pipe surge and landslide, this paper elaborates the principle, application scope and operation key points of various emergency rescue technologies, including plugging technology, reinforcement technology and drainage technology. At the same time, combined with specific cases, the problems and countermeasures that may be encountered in the emergency rescue process are analyzed, which provides valuable experience for the actual rescue work. This paper summarizes the significance of safety monitoring and emergency rescue technology of dike engineering, and puts forward the direction and emphasis of future research. With the continuous progress of science and technology and the increasing demand for flood control and disaster reduction, the safety monitoring and emergency rescue technology of dike engineering will face more challenges and opportunities. Therefore, it is necessary to further strengthen technological innovation and personnel training, and promote the continuous development and improvement of safety monitoring and emergency rescue technology of dike engineering.
