Abstract
As a new chemical technology, microreaction technology has been widely concerned because of its remarkable advantages in improving reaction efficiency, enhancing safety and reducing environmental pollution. The introduction first introduces the research background and significance of microreaction technology, and points out the key role of microreaction technology in chemical process. Then, the research status in the field of microreaction technology at home and abroad is summarized, and the purpose of this research is clarified. The second chapter gives an overview of microreaction technology, including its definition, characteristics, historical development and theoretical basis. These contents provide the basis for the understanding of microreaction technology and lay the theoretical foundation for the application analysis in the following chapters. The third chapter discusses the application of microreaction technology in chemical process in detail, covering many fields such as fine chemical synthesis, pharmaceutical industry, environmental engineering and energy chemical industry. Through specific application cases, the advantages of micro-reaction technology in improving reaction rate, controlling reaction selectivity, reducing energy consumption and reducing by-products are demonstrated. Chapter 4 further discusses the application of microreaction technology in the chemical industry, including the application in efficient separation process, safety improvement in the production of high-risk chemicals, personalized chemical production and customized services, and the strategy in process strengthening and optimization. These applications demonstrate the diversification potential of microreaction technology in chemical production. Chapter 5 looks forward to the future development trend of microreaction technology, including new materials and microstructure design, integrated and modular microreaction system, green and sustainable microreaction process. These trends indicate that microreaction technology will play a more important role in chemical production in the future.
