摘要
随着数字化时代的迅猛发展,信息技术已深度融入教育领域,为体育教学带来了前所未有的变革机遇。然而,面对这一趋势,体育教师的信息素养水平成为制约体育教育创新与发展的关键因素。当前,部分体育教师在信息意识、信息技能、信息资源利用及持续发展动力方面存在不足,难以充分利用数字化工具优化教学资源、提升教学互动、实现个性化教学,并有效进行教学评价与反馈。本研究聚焦于数字化时代体育教师信息素养的提升问题,通过系统梳理信息素养理论、教育技术理论及教师专业发展理论,分析了信息素养在优化教学资源、提升教学互动与个性化、强化教学评价与反馈等方面的作用。同时,研究揭示了当前体育教师在信息意识、信息技能、信息资源利用及持续发展动力方面面临的挑战。针对这些问题,研究提出了包括增强信息意识、提升信息技能、优化信息资源利用及激发持续发展动力在内的综合提升对策。通过实施这些对策,旨在全面提升体育教师的信息素养水平,促进体育教育在数字化时代的创新发展,为培养具有信息素养的体育人才奠定坚实基础。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the digital age, information technology has deeply integrated into the field of education, bringing unprecedented opportunities for transformation to physical education teaching. However, in the face of this trend, the information literacy level of physical education teachers has become a key factor restricting the innovation and development of physical education. Currently, some physical education teachers have deficiencies in information awareness, skills, resource utilization, and sustainable development motivation, making it difficult to fully utilize digital tools to optimize teaching resources, enhance teaching interaction, achieve personalized teaching, and effectively conduct teaching evaluation and feedback. This study focuses on the issue of improving the information literacy of physical education teachers in the digital age. Through a systematic review of information literacy theory, educational technology theory, and teacher professional development theory, the role of information literacy in optimizing teaching resources, enhancing teaching interaction and personalization, and strengthening teaching evaluation and feedback is analyzed. At the same time, the study revealed the challenges that current physical education teachers face in terms of information awareness, information skills, information resource utilization, and sustainable development motivation. In response to these issues, comprehensive improvement measures have been proposed, including enhancing information awareness, improving information skills, optimizing information resource utilization, and stimulating sustainable development momentum. By implementing these measures, the aim is to comprehensively enhance the information literacy level of physical education teachers, promote the innovative development of physical education in the digital age, and lay a solid foundation for cultivating sports talents with information literacy.
