摘要
在快速变化的社会环境中,青少年的健康问题日益受到关注。随着科技的发展和生活方式的改变,青少年参与体育锻炼的机会减少,体育兴趣减弱,导致运动习惯难以形成,进而影响其身心健康。体育兴趣作为驱动青少年参与体育活动的内在动力,对于培养良好的运动习惯至关重要。然而,当前青少年体育兴趣与运动习惯养成面临着诸多挑战,包括学校体育教育忽视兴趣培养、家庭环境制约、运动习惯难以坚持、外界环境限制以及个体差异与心理障碍等。本研究旨在探讨青少年体育兴趣与运动习惯养成的有效策略。通过对兴趣心理学理论、习惯养成理论及体育教育理论的综述,分析了体育兴趣在青少年运动习惯养成过程中的作用,包括提升参与积极性、增强持续运动意愿及构建健康生活方式等方面。同时,本研究揭示了青少年体育兴趣与运动习惯养成面临的四大问题:兴趣培养不足、运动习惯难以坚持、外界环境限制以及个体差异与心理障碍。针对这些问题,提出了相应的对策,包括强化兴趣培养策略、促进运动习惯养成的机制、改善外界环境支持以及关注个体差异与心理健康。通过实施这些策略,旨在激发青少年对体育的兴趣,促进其形成良好的运动习惯,为青少年健康成长提供有力保障。

Abstract
In the rapidly changing social environment, the health issues of adolescents are increasingly receiving attention. With the development of technology and changes in lifestyle, opportunities for teenagers to participate in physical exercise have decreased, their interest in sports has weakened, making it difficult for them to form exercise habits, which in turn affects their physical and mental health. Sports interest, as an intrinsic driving force for teenagers to participate in sports activities, is crucial for cultivating good exercise habits. However, the current development of young people's interest in sports and exercise habits faces many challenges, including neglecting interest cultivation in school physical education, family environment constraints, difficulty in maintaining exercise habits, external environmental limitations, as well as individual differences and psychological barriers. This study aims to explore effective strategies for cultivating adolescent sports interest and exercise habits. Through a review of interest psychology theory, habit formation theory, and physical education theory, this paper analyzes the role of sports interest in the process of cultivating exercise habits in adolescents, including enhancing participation enthusiasm, strengthening sustained exercise willingness, and building a healthy lifestyle. At the same time, this study reveals four major problems faced by adolescents in developing their interest in sports and exercise habits: insufficient interest cultivation, difficulty in maintaining exercise habits, external environmental limitations, and individual differences and psychological barriers. Corresponding measures have been proposed to address these issues, including strengthening interest cultivation strategies, promoting mechanisms for cultivating exercise habits, improving external environmental support, and paying attention to individual differences and mental health. By implementing these strategies, the aim is to stimulate young people's interest in sports, promote their formation of good exercise habits, and provide strong guarantees for their healthy growth.
