摘要:本文以双减政策下中小学校外培训现状为研究对象,通过文献综述和数据分析,全面分析了双减政策实施前后中小学生课外培训的变化及相关问题。研究发现,双减政策的推行对中小学生课外培训市场和需求产生了深远影响,同时也暴露了培训机构违规行为、家长过度关注学术成绩、教育资源不足等问题。在此基础上,本文提出了加强校外培训机构准入与监管、引导家长树立正确教育观念、提高学校教育质量、完善政策法规体系等治理对策建议。本文旨在为解决中小学校外培训问题提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:This paper takes the current situation of out-of-school training in primary and secondary schools under the double-reduction policy as the research ob ject. Through literature review and data analysis, it comprehensively analyzes the changes and related problems of after-school training of primary and secondary school students before and after the implementation of the double-reduction policy. The study found that the implementation of the dual-reduction policy had a profound impact on the market and demand for extracurricular training for primary and secondary school students, and also exposed problems such as violations of training institutions, parents' excessive attention to academic results, and insufficient educational resources. On this basis, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the access and supervision of off-campus training institutions, guide parents to establish correct educational concepts, improve the quality of school education, and perfect the system of policies and regulations. This paper aims to provide reference and reference for solving the problem of off-campus training in primary and secondary schools.
