高等教育质量评价体系构建问题研究

Abstract：This paper expounds the relevant theories of the quality view and evaluation system construction of higher education, and analyzes the cases of the classic evaluation system at home and abroad. Subsequently, the article deeply discusses the importance of higher education quality evaluation system, including its role in guaranteeing the quality of education, its ability to respond to social needs, and its role in promoting international exchanges and cooperation. Then, the paper analyzes in detail the problems existing in the construction of the current higher education quality evaluation system, such as the simplification of evaluation standard, the simplification of evaluation subject, the formalization of evaluation process and the limited application of evaluation results. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, including the construction of diversified evaluation standard system, strengthening the participation mechanism of multiple subjects, optimizing the evaluation process and feedback mechanism, and deepening the application and incentive of evaluation results.
