摘要:随着大型水利工程的广泛建设和使用,闸门作为水工设施的重要组成部分,对于水资源的调控起着重要的作用。然而,由于长期运用和环境因素的影响,闸门的结构容易出现损坏和故障,给工程运行和维护带来了一定的挑战。因此,基于闸门结构时变可靠度的维修技术研究具有重要意义。本文针对平面钢闸门,分析了国内外研究现状,并介绍了闸门的结构类型和特点。然后,探讨了维修技术现状中存在的问题,如维修方法的局限性、技术传承性问题和高维修成本。接着,介绍了可靠度分析方法与工具,并对闸门结构失效模式及影响进行了分析。基于可靠度评估,提出了闸门维修策略制定的方法。最后,介绍了新型维修技术的应用前景,并提出了对现有维修技术的改进建议。本研究对于提高闸门维修效率和降低维修成本具有一定指导意义。

Abstract:With the extensive construction and use of large-scale water conservancy projects, gate, as an important part of hydraulic facilities, plays an important role in the regulation of water resources. However, due to the influence of long-term use and environmental factors, the structure of the gate is prone to damage and failure, which brings certain challenges to the operation and maintenance of the project. Therefore, the maintenance technology research based on time-varying reliability of gate structure is of great significance. In this paper, the research status of flat steel gate at home and abroad is analyzed, and the structural types and characteristics of gate are introduced. Then, the problems existing in the maintenance technology status quo are discussed, such as the limitation of maintenance methods, the problem of technical inheritance and high maintenance cost. Then, the method and tool of reliability analysis are introduced, and the failure mode and influence of gate structure are analyzed. Based on the reliability evaluation, the method of formulating the maintenance strategy of gate is put forward. Finally, the application prospect of the new maintenance technology is introduced, and the improvement suggestions to the existing maintenance technology are put forward. This study has certain guiding significance for improving the maintenance efficiency and reducing the maintenance cost of the gate.
