浅谈营林技术在林业有害生物防控中的应用
摘 要
本研究概述了营林技术的定义、作用及其与有害生物防控的关系,强调了营林技术在生态系统中的重要性。尽管营林技术在林业有害生物防控中取得了一定成效,但仍面临技术普及与应用不足、资金投入与政策支持缺乏、科研与实际应用脱节、以及营林规划与执行中的挑战等问题。这些问题的存在,限制了营林技术在林业有害生物防控中的作用发挥。针对上述问题,本研究提出了一系列对策。加强技术宣传与培训,提升公众认知度和组织专业技能培训,以提高农民与林业工作者对营林技术的认知和应用能力。加大政策与资金支持,设立专项基金和出台优惠政策鼓励技术创新,以确保营林技术的推广和应用。促进科研与实际应用结合,加强产学研合作和建立成果转化平台,提高研究成果的转化率和应用效果。完善营林规划与执行机制,制定科学合理的长期规划和强化执行力度与效果评估,确保营林技术在林业有害生物防控中的有效实施。

ON THE APPLICATION OF FOREST TECHNOLOGY IN FORESTRY PEST PREVENTION AND CONTROL
ABSTRACT
This study provides an overview of the definition, role of forest technology and its relationship with pest control, emphasizing the importance of forest technology in the ecosystem. Although forest technology has made some achievements in pest control in forestry, it still faces problems such as insufficient technology popularization and application, lack of capital investment and policy support, disconnection between scientific research and practical application, and challenges in forest planning and implementation. The existence of these problems limits the role of forestry technology in forestry pest prevention and control. In view of the above problems, this study proposes a series of countermeasures. Strengthen technical publicity and training, enhance public awareness and organize professional skills training, in order to improve farmers and forestry workers' ability of cognition and application of forest technology. Increase policy and financial support, set up special funds and introduce preferential policies to encourage technological innovation, so as to ensure the promotion and application of forestry technology. We will promote the combination of scientific research with practical application, strengthen cooperation between enterprises, universities and research institutes, establish platforms for the transformation of achievements, and improve the conversion rate and application effect of research results. Improve the planning and implementation mechanism of forest management, formulate scientific and reasonable long-term planning and strengthen the implementation intensity and effect evaluation, and ensure the effective implementation of forest management technology in the forestry pest control and control.
