随着工业自动化技术的不断发展,电机调速系统的性能优化成为提升生产效率、降低能耗的关键环节。无刷直流电机因其高效率、高转矩密度及良好响应特性,在诸多领域得到广泛应用。然而,传统电机调速系统,如PID控制,在面对非线性、参数时变及负载变化等复杂工况时,往往表现出控制效果不佳、响应速度慢等问题。因此,探索新的控制策略以优化电机调速系统具有重要意义。本文围绕基于模糊逻辑的电机调速系统优化展开研究,旨在通过引入模糊控制算法,提升电机调速系统的性能。模糊控制作为一种智能控制方法,能够有效处理控制系统中的不确定性和模糊性,对于提高系统的鲁棒性、稳定性和响应速度具有显著优势。本文首先介绍了模糊控制算法的基本原理和关键技术,包括模糊集合、模糊规则及模糊推理等。随后,结合无刷直流电机的特性,设计了基于模糊逻辑的电机调速系统。该系统通过模糊控制器实时调整控制参数,以适应电机运行状态的变化,实现精确的速度控制。

Abstract
With the continuous development of industrial automation technology, the performance optimization of motor speed control system has become a key link to improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption. Brushless DC motor is widely used in many fields because of its high efficiency, high torque density and good response characteristics. However, the traditional motor speed control system, such as PID control, often shows poor control effect and slow response speed in the face of nonlinear, time-varying parameters and load changes and other complex conditions. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore a new control strategy to optimize the motor speed control system. This paper focuses on the optimization of motor speed regulation system based on fuzzy logic, aiming to improve the performance of motor speed regulation system by introducing fuzzy control algorithm. Fuzzy control, as an intelligent control method, can effectively deal with the uncertainty and fuzziness in the control system, and has significant advantages in improving the robustness, stability and response speed of the system. This paper firstly introduces the basic principle and key technology of fuzzy control algorithm, including fuzzy set, fuzzy rule and fuzzy inference. Then, combined with the characteristics of brushless DC motor, a motor speed regulation system based on fuzzy logic is designed. The fuzzy controller is used to adjust the control parameters in real time to adapt to the change of the running state of the motor and achieve accurate speed control.
