摘 要
随着现代农业技术的不断发展,自动化灌溉系统因其高效、精准和节水等优势,逐渐成为农业灌溉领域的重要发展方向。本文聚焦于基于PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)的自动化灌溉系统设计研究,旨在探索一种智能化、可靠性高且易于维护的灌溉解决方案。本文分析了自动化灌溉系统的必要性和现有技术的局限性。传统灌溉方式往往依赖人工经验判断,存在水资源浪费、灌溉不均匀等问题。而基于PLC的自动化灌溉系统,能够根据土壤湿度、作物需水量等环境参数,自动调整灌溉时间和水量,实现精准灌溉,提高水资源利用效率。本文详细阐述了基于PLC的自动化灌溉系统的设计方案。该系统主要由PLC控制器、传感器模块、执行机构、通信接口和人机交互界面等部分组成。PLC作为核心控制器,负责接收传感器采集的环境数据,根据预设的控制逻辑和算法,输出控制信号驱动执行机构(如水泵、阀门等)进行灌溉作业。同时,系统支持远程监控和故障诊断功能,用户可通过人机交互界面或手机APP实时查看灌溉状态,调整灌溉参数,确保灌溉作业的顺利进行。

Abstract
With the continuous development of modern agricultural technology, automated irrigation system has gradually become an important development direction in the field of agricultural irrigation because of its advantages of high efficiency, precision and water saving. This paper focuses on the design and research of automatic irrigation system based on PLC (Programmable logic controller), aiming to explore an intelligent, reliable and easy to maintain irrigation solution. This paper analyzes the necessity of automatic irrigation system and the limitations of existing technology. Traditional irrigation methods often rely on manual experience, and there are problems such as waste of water resources and uneven irrigation. The automatic irrigation system based on PLC can automatically adjust the irrigation time and water amount according to environmental parameters such as soil moisture and crop water demand, so as to achieve precise irrigation and improve the efficiency of water resources utilization. This paper describes in detail the design scheme of automatic irrigation system based on PLC. The system is mainly composed of PLC controller, sensor module, actuator, communication interface and man-machine interface. As the core controller, PLC is responsible for receiving the environmental data collected by the sensor, and according to the preset control logic and algorithm, the output control signal drives the actuator (such as pumps, valves, etc.) to carry out irrigation operations. At the same time, the system supports remote monitoring and fault diagnosis functions. Users can view irrigation status in real time and adjust irrigation parameters through human-computer interface or mobile APP to ensure the smooth progress of irrigation operations.
