工业机器人集成应用的难点与解决方案


摘    要
随着全球制造业向智能化、自动化转型的加速推进,工业机器人在生产线上的集成应用已成为提升生产效率、降低人力成本、增强产品竞争力的关键途径。然而,尽管工业机器人在技术上取得了显著进步,但在实际集成应用过程中仍面临诸多挑战。系统集成复杂度高、不同设备间兼容性差、自动化与智能化水平不足、人机交互友好性欠缺以及高昂的成本与投资回报周期等问题,严重制约了工业机器人在更广泛领域的应用。因此,本文旨在探讨工业机器人集成应用过程中的难点问题,并提出相应的解决方案。首先,文章分析了工业机器人集成应用的研究背景和意义,指出其在制造业转型升级中的关键作用。随后,综述了国内外在工业机器人技术、自动化集成系统理论及人机协作与安全技术等方面的研究现状。在此基础上,文章详细阐述了工业机器人集成应用面临的系统集成复杂性、设备兼容性、自动化与智能化水平不足、人机交互友好性欠缺以及成本与投资回报问题等难点。针对这些难点,文章提出了提高系统集成性能、增强设备间兼容性、采用高效整合技术、提升自动化与智能化水平、优化人机交互体验、强化人机安全措施以及降低成本并提高投资回报等解决方案。

Abstract
With the acceleration of the transformation of global manufacturing to intelligent and automatic, the integrated application of industrial robots on the production line has become a key way to improve production efficiency, reduce labor costs and enhance product competitiveness. However, despite the significant technological progress of industrial robots, they still face many challenges in the practical integrated application process. Problems such as high system integration complexity, poor compatibility between different devices, lack of automation and intelligence level, lack of human-computer interaction friendliness, and high cost and return on investment cycle seriously restrict the application of industrial robots in a wider range of fields. Therefore, this paper aims to discuss the difficult problems in the integrated application process of industrial robots and propose corresponding solutions. First of all, the paper analyzes the research background and significance of the integrated application of industrial robots, and points out its key role in the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. Then, the research status of industrial robot technology, automation integrated system theory and human-machine collaboration and safety technology is summarized. On this basis, the paper expounds the complexity of system integration, equipment compatibility, automation and intelligence level of lack, lack of human-computer interaction friendliness and cost and return on investment problems. In view of these difficulties, the paper puts forward the solutions such as improving the performance of system integration, enhancing the compatibility between devices, adopting efficient integration technology, improving the level of automation and intelligence, optimizing the human-computer interaction experience, strengthening the human-machine security measures, and reducing the cost and improving the return on investment.
