随着现代社会生活节奏的加快和饮食习惯的改变,慢性疾病如心血管疾病、糖尿病、高血压等的发病率逐年上升,成为威胁人类健康的重要问题。在慢性疾病的管理中,功能性食品因其独特的健康益处而逐渐受到人们的关注。功能性食品不仅提供基本的营养价值,还含有具有生理活性的成分,这些成分对人体健康具有积极影响。在慢性疾病的预防方面,功能性食品可以通过调节人体机能、增强免疫系统等方式,降低慢性疾病的风险。例如,富含抗氧化剂的功能性食品可以减轻炎症反应和降低氧化应激,预防心血管疾病的发生;富含益生菌的功能性食品则可以改善肠道菌群的平衡,降低慢性炎症水平,预防肠道相关疾病。对于已经患有慢性疾病的患者,功能性食品可以作为辅助治疗手段,帮助控制疾病进程和减轻症状。例如,某些富含活性肽的功能性食品可以降低血脂、降压、抗炎等,有助于控制和治疗高血压、高血脂等心血管疾病;富含纤维素的功能性食品则可以降低血糖水平,控制糖尿病的发展。此外,功能性食品中的多酚、黄酮类等活性成分还具有抗肿瘤、抗癌的作用,可以辅助治疗某些癌症。随着科技的进步和人们健康意识的提高,个性化营养逐渐成为慢性疾病管理的重要趋势。

ABSTRACT
With the acceleration of the pace of life in modern society and the change of dietary habits, the incidence of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, hypertension, etc., has increased year by year, becoming an important problem threatening human health. In the management of chronic diseases, functional foods are gradually receiving attention due to their unique health benefits. Functional foods not only provide basic nutritional value, but also contain physiologically active ingredients that have a positive impact on human health. In the prevention of chronic diseases, functional foods can reduce the risk of chronic diseases by regulating human function and enhancing the immune system. For example, functional foods rich in antioxidants can reduce inflammation and oxidative stress and prevent cardiovascular disease; Functional foods rich in probiotics can improve the balance of intestinal flora, reduce chronic inflammation levels, and prevent gut-related diseases. For patients who already have a chronic disease, functional foods can be used as an adjunct therapy to help control the disease process and reduce symptoms. For example, some functional foods rich in active peptides can reduce blood lipids, blood pressure, anti-inflammatory, etc. and help to control and treat cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and hyperlipidemia. Functional foods rich in fiber can lower blood sugar levels and control the development of diabetes. In addition, active ingredients such as polyphenols and flavonoids in functional foods also have anti-tumor and anti-cancer effects, and can assist in the treatment of some cancers.
