农村土地利用与规划的可持续发展策略研究

摘  要

本文围绕农村土地利用与规划的可持续发展问题展开研究，分析了可持续发展的概念与原则，探讨了农村土地利用与规划在可持续发展中的作用。然后，对农村土地利用与规划的可持续发展问题进行了分析，包括自然资源与环境的可持续利用、农村土地利用与规划的社会经济影响以及农村土地利用与规划的生态保护与恢复。最后，提出了农村土地利用与规划的可持续发展策略，包括引导农村土地合理利用与布局规划、推动农村土地产权制度改革与权益保护、加强农村土地利用与规划的经济支持与政策引导。

RESEARCH ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF RURAL LAND USE AND PLANNING

ABSTRACT

This paper focuses on the sustainable development of rural land use and planning, analyzes the concept and principle of sustainable development, and probes into the role of rural land use and planning in sustainable development. Then, the sustainable development of rural land use and planning is analyzed, including the sustainable use of natural resources and environment, the social and economic impact of rural land use and planning, and the ecological protection and restoration of rural land use and planning. Finally, the sustainable development strategy of rural land use and planning is put forward, including guiding the rational use and layout planning of rural land, promoting the reform and protection of rural land property rights system, and strengthening the economic support and policy guidance of rural land use and planning.
