The construction and improvement of educational evaluation systems are important and complex issues in the field of education. The purpose of this paper is to explore the overview, development process, and improvement research of educational evaluation systems. In the introduction, we discuss the definition and purpose of educational evaluation, as well as the constituent elements of educational evaluation systems. In the development process, we analyze the reform policies and practical experiences of educational evaluation at the national and school levels, and through the analysis of successful cases, we explore the achievements of educational evaluation system construction. In the improvement research section, we study the relationship between evaluation systems and the improvement of education quality, propose strategies for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of evaluation systems, and focus on the sustainable development of evaluation systems. Through this research, we aim to reveal the importance and role of educational evaluation systems and provide reference and guidance for educational reform.
