摘 要
本文深入探讨了数字鸿沟对低收入群体教育机会的影响。首先概述了数字鸿沟的形成与特征,包括技术普及的不均衡性、网络接入的差距以及数字技能的差异。接着,详细分析了数字鸿沟如何导致低收入群体在信息获取、教育成本、数字素养以及社会网络资源方面遭受不平等待遇,从而限制了他们的教育机会。针对这些问题,本文提出了推动数字教育信息均衡分配、加强跨部门合作与政策支持、提升数字素养和技能以及加强网络基础设施建设等策略与建议。本文的研究对于促进教育公平、缩小数字鸿沟、提升低收入群体教育机会具有重要意义,有助于构建更加公正、包容和可持续的社会发展环境。

Abstract
This paper explores in depth the impact of the digital divide on educational opportunities for low-income groups. Firstly, it summarizes the formation and characteristics of digital divide, including the unevenness of technology popularization, the gap of network access and the difference of digital skills. It then analyzes in detail how the digital divide leads to unequal treatment of low-income groups in terms of access to information, education costs, digital literacy, and social network resources, thereby limiting their educational opportunities. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward some strategies and suggestions to promote the balanced distribution of digital education information, strengthen cross-sectoral cooperation and policy support, enhance digital literacy and skills, and strengthen the construction of network infrastructure. The research in this paper is of great significance for promoting educational equity, narrowing the digital divide, and improving the educational opportunities of low-income groups, and is conducive to building a more just, inclusive and sustainable social development environment.
