本文以基于素质教育的高职学生关键能力培养模式探析为题,深入探讨了在当前教育背景下,如何构建并优化高职学生关键能力培养模式,以适应社会对高素质技能型人才的需求。从课程体系改革、教学方法创新、师资队伍建设及评价体系优化四个方面,构建了基于素质教育的高职学生关键能力培养模式框架。文章进一步分析了当前高职学生关键能力培养面临的主要问题,包括课程体系与市场需求脱节、教学方法单一缺乏互动、师资队伍能力待提升以及评价体系不完善等。针对这些问题,提出了相应的实施策略,包括争取政策与资金支持、加强学校内部管理与组织、整合校内外教育资源以及建立持续监测与评估机制等。通过本文的研究,旨在为高职院校提供一套科学、系统、可操作的关键能力培养模式,促进学生关键能力的有效提升,增强其就业竞争力和社会适应能力,为经济社会发展培养更多高素质技能型人才。

Research on the cultivation mode of key ability of higher vocational students based on quality education

Abstract

This paper discusses how to construct and optimize the key ability training mode of higher vocational students under the current educational background, so as to meet the society's demand for high-quality skilled talents. From the four aspects of curriculum system reform, teaching method innovation, teacher team construction and evaluation system optimization, the paper constructs a model fr amework of vocational students' key ability cultivation based on quality education. The paper further analyzes the main problems in the cultivation of key abilities of higher vocational students, including the disconnection between the curriculum system and the market demand, the lack of interaction in the single teaching method, the ability of teachers to be improved and the imperfect evaluation system. To solve these problems, the corresponding implementation strategies are put forward, including seeking for policy and financial support, strengthening the internal management and organization of schools, integrating educational resources inside and outside schools, and establishing continuous monitoring and evaluation mechanism. Through this research, the purpose is to provide a set of scientific, systematic and operable key ability training model for higher vocational colleges, promote the effective improvement of students' key ability, enhance their employment competitiveness and social adaptability, and train more high-quality skilled talents for economic and social development.
