随着电气工程自动化技术的广泛应用,其在提升生产效率、降低能耗及改善工作环境方面发挥了重要作用。然而,在实际应用中,系统集成性低的问题日益凸显,成为制约电气工程自动化发展的瓶颈。电气工程自动化系统集成性低的问题主要体现在接口兼容性差、通信协议不统一、系统升级困难以及用户使用不便等多个方面,不仅导致设备间难以实现高效协同工作,还增加了系统的复杂性和维护成本,影响了整体性能的提升。因此,深入研究电气工程自动化中系统集成性低的问题,探讨其成因及解决对策,对于推动电气工程自动化技术的持续健康发展具有重要意义。本文围绕电气工程自动化中系统集成性低的问题展开研究,首先分析了系统集成性低的具体表现,包括接口兼容性差、软件与硬件不兼容、通信协议不统一、系统升级困难及用户使用不便等。随后,本文深入探讨了这些问题的成因,并提出了相应的解决对策,如标准化设备接口、统一通信协议、简化系统升级过程及优化用户使用体验等。通过本文的研究,旨在为电气工程自动化技术的发展提供理论支撑和实践指导,推动其向更高水平迈进。

Abstract
With the wide application of electrical engineering automation technology, it plays an important role in improving production efficiency, reducing energy consumption and improving the working environment. However, in practical application, the problem of low system integration is increasingly prominent, which has become the bottleneck restricting the development of electrical engineering automation. Electrical engineering automation system integration low mainly reflected in the interface compatibility, communication protocol is not unified, system upgrade difficult and user use inconvenience, and other aspects, not only lead to difficult to achieve efficient collaborative work between equipment, also increased the complexity of the system and maintenance costs, affect the overall performance. Therefore, it is of great significance to promote the sustainable and healthy development of electrical engineering automation technology in order to deeply study the problem of low system integration and explore the causes and solutions of electrical engineering automation. This paper focuses on the problem of low system integration in electrical engineering automation. Firstly, it analyzes the specific performance of low system integration, including poor interface compatibility, poor software and hardware compatibility, inconsistent communication protocol, difficult system upgrade and inconvenience of users. Subsequently, this paper deeply discusses the causes of these problems, and proposes corresponding solutions, such as standardized equipment interface, unified communication protocol, simplified system upgrade process and optimizing user experience. Through the research, this paper aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of electrical engineering automation technology and promote it to a higher level.
