新时代农村小学教师专业发展问题及对策研究
摘 要
本文旨在探讨新时代背景下农村小学教师专业发展面临的问题及对策。本文首先分析了农村小学教师专业发展的重要性及其在农村教育现代化过程中的作用,包括提升农村教育质量、促进学生全面发展和推动农村教育现代化等方面。随后,本文深入剖析了当前农村小学教师专业发展面临的四大主要问题:外部支持不足、内部动力不足、培训与提升机制不健全以及评价体系不完善。针对这些问题,本文提出了相应的对策与建议,包括加强外部支持以优化教育资源配置和完善政策体系、激发内部动力以提升教师职业认同感与归属感并培养自主发展意识与能力、完善培训与提升机制以精准对接教师需求并创新培训形式、健全评价体系以建立多元化标准并强化结果反馈与应用。

Research on the professional development problems and countermeasures of rural primary school teachers in the new era
Abstract
This paper aims to explore the problems and countermeasures of rural primary school teachers in the new era. This paper first analyzes the importance of the professional development of rural primary school teachers and their role in the process of rural education modernization, including improving the quality of rural education, promoting the all-round development of students and promoting the modernization of rural education. Subsequently, this paper deeply analyzes the four major problems facing the professional development of rural primary school teachers: lack of external support, lack of internal motivation, imperfect training and promotion mechanism, and imperfect evaluation system. For these problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions, including strengthening external support to optimize education resource allocation and perfect the policy system, stimulate internal motivation to enhance teachers' professional identity and belonging and cultivate independent development consciousness and ability, improve the training and promotion mechanism to accurate docking teacher demand and innovative training form, improve the evaluation system to establish diversified standards and strengthen the results feedback and application.

This paper aims to explore the problems and countermeasures of rural primary school teachers in the new era.
